Your satisfaction matters to us—but please note our products are custom printed on demand.

Defect Claims Only

We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted or incorrect (wrong design/product). Slight variations in color is expected - only very apparent damaged and misprinted garments are eligible for a claim/return. To claim: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.

✘ No Returns for Change of Mind

Because items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns/exchanges for size/fit issues, changed design or buyer’s remorse.

Claim Process

– Email: support@eclipsesznastro.com

– Include: order number, photos of defect, a short explanation.

– After approval, we will issue either a replacement at no cost or a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping cost).

Special Notes

– Undeliverable/returned-to-sender orders due to wrong address or refusal may not qualify for refund.

– Slight variations in print alignment or colour may occur and are not considered defects.

– International customers should confirm customs/duty and shipping costs—they may be responsible for return shipping if applicable.
